    On 14th Nov, 52 Asha staff and 74 CHVs (Community Health Volunteers) attended their 5th cancer awareness session. The aim was to make them aware of the symptoms and the cures of different kinds of cancers. Dr. Rakesh Thakur from the IRCH (Institute Rotary Cancer Hospital) in south Delhi, conducted the training.

Thank You Asha

My parents didn't send me go to school as they thought it wasn't important for girls. One of the members of the Asha children's group heard about this, went to see the teachers and made sure that I was admitted to the school. Now I enjoy studying and I'm at the top of my class.
