On Feb 9th '09, Dr. Kiran Martin, Founder and Director of Asha successfully lectured at Harvard on issues related to Urban Poverty and Education in the Slums.
The talk was well attended by many students pursuing different courses at Harvard. A number of students from Harvard will be doing their summer internship at Asha this year.
I’m now so keen to learn that I will sit and listen to doctors whenever I get the chance. I’m busy all the time, delivering babies, giving lectures and training volunteers.
